Terms of Service

When you sign up to Karhuno service, you agree to the following terms of service:​

- By signing up, you agree to provide access to the relevant accounts.
- Once you have signed up, you will be billed automatically every 7 days or quarterly. 7 days notice is required to pause/cancel, unless agreed otherwise.
- If you choose to pause your campaign, there will be a €10 per week charge to keep your account open.
- Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable.
- As a result, a report containing the analysis data for 7 calendar days is sent to the client every week. The day of the week on which the report is sent is determined by Karhuno.
- The report includes all relevant news signals with links to sources, the names of mentioned companies (leads). If possible, contact information of company representatives obtained from open sources is provided. The service does not guarantee 100% accuracy of the data and does not commit to providing data on every lead.
- Payment is processed automatically through the payment system within 7 days from the moment the report is sent to the email provided during registration.
- The client has the right to dispute the results within 5 days of receiving the report.
- Karhuno has the right to set a free trial period during which reports are provided free of charge.
- All of our data storage practices are in line with GDPR. Your data will be held for a maximum of 14 days after your campaign finishes.
